The health, safety, and well-being of our patients is our top priority. Accordingly, UCSF has infection prevention practices and protocols in place at all of our facilities. 

Our providers offer both in person and video visits, which are covered by medical insurance. During these visits, our providers are able to evaluate the critical needs of each patient and plan a path forward for their care. Patients and referring physicians can coordinate new patient video visits by contacting your clinic at the numbers below.

Referral Instructions

1. Fill out the UCSF Referral Form.
2. Fax the completed form to the appropriate clinic (see fax numbers for each clinic above).
3. You will be contacted with further instructions. Please be prepared to provide the following
   1. All recent medical records
   2. Recent MRI scans
   3. Pathology slides

Online Physician Consults for Brain Tumor Cases

This online peer-to-peer consultation service allows physicians to request an online neurosurgical consult with the Brain Tumor Center specialists at UCSF.
